We invite you for visiting "DOM INWEST". Teresa und Eugeniusz Japtok, the owners of the firm, are operating on the building market for 30 years. In this time, several great investments where realised on the area of the town Świnoujście.

What is the difference between us and other firms on the market? We are working with high building standards, what you can see immediately. Adherence to schedules, solid workmanship and the realisation of customer preferences are our basic principles. The field of our activities contains the whole builder process – beginning with looking for suitable real estates, project planning in collaboration with the best architects, receipt of building licences, building inspection up to delivery of the apartments to the clients.

We are building new areas and try to integrate there in the structural environment and the urban architecture. During the building process we are thinking about the fact, that a house is a symbol for balance in life or a guarantee for safety and a place of luck.
