The residence TRZY KORONY consists of three buildings in the stile of historical architecture of this spa quarter of the town.
The realisation of the third building of the settlement TRZY KORONY began in June 2006– the KORONA WAZÓW. In June 2007, the object was delivered.
The building has five floors with sixty two exclusive apartments, which have an area between 21 and 37 m2. In the staircase are individual meters for warm and cold water, central heating and electrical energy installed.
The doors of the building where opening through individual code and 36 cameras guarantee safety. The cameras are permanent controlled by a security firm. The building is adapted to disabled people. All apartments have cable TV, and internet, telephone and interphone system. In the building, you can find an modern fast lift with glazed front, a laundry for the inhabitants, a central cleaner an a basement garage.
The building resides in a quite and comfortable quarter of the town.
